Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description

The Patient Care Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all patients. They educate, plan and coordinate all surgical procedures as well as pre and post operative care for patients. They will sell surgeries and educate patients on their treatment options in a professional and understanding manner. They are to act as the liaison between patient, doctor and surgery centers.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to recognize sales opportunities and be able to convert them to surgeries.
• Knowledge of how to close a sale with a variety of strategies.
• Past sales experience in the cosmetic medical field.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Goal oriented personality.
• Analytical eye, with attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities and time management skills.
• The ability to multitask and follow through on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Be able to understand what a patient wants and help them fulfill their dreams.
• Evaluate and monitor business activities with regards to patient tracking and sales goals.
• Meet sales goals set forth by the Practice.
• Consult with patients on surgical procedures.
• Discuss quotes and fees with potential patients.
• Answer surgical questions in person and over the phone.
• Follow up with potential patients over extended periods of time with an organized strategy.
• Treat patients with dignity and respect.
• Usage of correct grammar and the understanding of how to use your words impeccably in order to effectively educate a potential patient.

Administration

• Act as liaison between doctor, patient and surgery centers.
• Organize surgical procedures with the surgery centers.
• Prepare charts for weekly preoperative meeting.
• Drive practice by keeping the schedule full.
• Follow the office pre and post operative protocols.
• Follow up with patients on the status of lab work and medication during the pre and post operative period.
• Utilize the company software to track patients and analyze sales reports.

Nurse

Prestigious, progressive and well established Cosmetic Surgery practice with on-site, full-service, advanced Medical Spa in the heart of downtown San Francisco is seeking a Registered Nurse. This rapidly growing practice is located in the heart of Union Square with a large new office. The practice is well-run, fully computerized, high energy, enjoyable, and completely cosmetic. All surgery is done off-site. There exists a well-integrated and complete medical spa offering the full spectrum of skin care, laser services, anti-aging and Thermage with numerous staff providers. Solo double board certified doctor is talented, highly credentialed and ethical with high standards. Very bright and friendly.

Our registered nurse is responsible for administering minimally invasive cosmetic procedures under the direction of a double board certified cosmetic surgeon including but not limited to: Injectable fillers, laser services and Thermage. The ideal candidate would be able to conduct treatment consultations to identify the patients goals and determine the proper services and products so they can achieve optimal results.

The nurse must also carry a license and must be in good standing. They must posses excellent customer retention skills and must be able to achieve the optimal results for all patients.

We are searching for Medical Estheticians who desire to work in a results-oriented medical spa environment. They are responsible for educating patients on treatments, coordination's of services and product merchandizing.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience using medical-grade products
• Be able to conduct treatment consultations with patients and review patient history for any possible treatment contraindications.
• Be able to identify patient goals and recommend the proper services and products to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patient proper home care to maintain the results they have achieved.
• Contact patient for necessary follow-ups to ensure proper compliance.
• Have the ability to market products and services.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Track referral sources and send thank-you letters to sources.
• Participate and attend educational programs.
